BroadBased worked with the Northeast Florida Regional Council and the Urban Land Institute to develop and promote this one-day event, which brings together nearly 300 leaders from the public, private and nonprofit sectors in groups of eight to 10 to discuss, analyze and develop alternative growth scenarios for the North Florida region.
Components of this 10-month integrated effort required oversight of a wide variety of elements including development of a logo and tagline, Website, printed promotional materials, day-of-event materials, fundraising materials and an integrated PR approach to the seven counties in our region.
The client applauded the thoroughness of the approach, with more media earned than in any other area of the country where the event has been held, to date.
