“I don’t know what your new marketing firm is doing, but it’s working!” Those words were music to our ears as we heard feedback from a real estate client on a recent digital marketing campaign.

The campaign was for Palazzo on St. Johns, a luxury waterfront condominium complex in Jacksonville. Our digital team was engaged in August to quickly restart a stagnant lead generation strategy using purely digital tactics. The resulting strategy included re-engaging the prospect database, while also raising awareness online via social media efforts demographically targeted to prospects and realtors. After just two weeks, the sales office was the busiest it had been since the launch of the project.

“As with most new marketing efforts, we expected to start seeing results in the first 30 to 60 days,” said Michael Bone, marketing director for The Condo Group Florida. “But we were completely blown away with the immediate results.”

To discuss how a lead-generation campaign can have an immediate impact on your business, email BroadBased EVP Chris Ramaglia. Or how about a tour of some brand new luxury waterfront condos, complete with private elevator landing, hand-scraped hardwood floors, nine-foot ceilings, and large private terraces with sweeping views of waterways and a wildlife preserve? Check out Palazzo on St. Johns, but do it soon. We hear they’re going fast.
