BroadBased Communications has performed as a social media community manager for our clients since 2012. This includes development of overall social strategy, message/campaign development and day-to-day community management. We currently provide messaging and community management support for more than 20 client Facebook pages and have created/managed many more over the years.
Because of the fast changing landscape of social media and changing popularity of a community, no two campaigns are alike. We provide recommendations for campaign-appropriate social assets based on your specific target audience.
Dignity U Wear 10th Annual Undie Campaign
Dignity U Wear was a Jacksonville-based nonprofit that collected new clothing from national manufacturers then distributing the apparel through a network of 300+ nonprofit social service agencies in more than 43 states. The organization was sold to Souls for Soles in 2017.
In 2016, the organization approached BroadBased to create a social media campaign around their 10th Annual Undie campaign, which solicited donations of new undergarments and socks. The strategy included a graphic Facebook and LinkedIn campaign that promoted key messages.
Results: Over 305,000 units of undergarments and socks collected, as well as $30,000 in donations from manufacturers, groups and individuals.
