Questions about Outgrow? Let’s answer them.
What does Outgrow cost, and what return should we expect?
Outgrow clients average 15-30% annual revenue growth. Our fees run from $5,000 to $15,000 a month, depending on your team's size and scope.
For a $10 million business at a 25% gross margin, a 20% growth year would add $500,000 in gross profit. Against a first-year investment of $60,000 to $180,000, that's roughly 3x to 8x the investment. It's an illustration, not a promise.
Use it to size the opportunity, not as a forecast.
How much time does this take each person?
About five minutes a day. Your team records their activity in a simple online form. It's not a CRM, and it doesn't replace yours.
It adds a few minutes to the day, not a new job.
How long before we see results?
Early signs show up in the first month. Your team starts the weekly routine, and the scorecard shows who's reaching out and what's happening. Revenue often lags the activity by a couple of months, and Outgrow's case studies show results in four to seven months. The 15-30% is an annual average across a full year.
The scorecard shows the work happening before the revenue follows, so you're not guessing.
Do you guarantee results?
No one can honestly guarantee revenue growth, and our contract says so. What we do guarantee is that we'll follow the Outgrow process as written in your agreement. If we don't, we'll refund you. Outgrow also depends on your team using it, which is why it's built to be simple to put into practice.
You control the effort. We're accountable for the process.
Our salespeople are already doing this. What's different?
More than likely, they're doing some of the proactive actions, but without the structure and accountability that make Outgrow work. We put a growth system in place for following up, upselling, and asking for referrals. Interviews with your staff at the start show what's really happening today and where opportunities are being missed.
The difference isn't effort. It's a routine, a scorecard, and someone keeping it going.
What if my team doesn't buy in?
Not everyone will, at least not at first, and that's expected. Behavior follows thinking. As early wins happen, they change how people think, skeptics start to come around, and the new habits become part of how your company operates.
You don't need everyone to believe in Outgrow. You need enough people to start proving it works.
We already use EOS (or another consultant). How is Outgrow different?
It's not an operating system. It's a system for revenue growth, and it works alongside EOS or other consultants you may already have in place.
Those systems help you run the business, while Outgrow focuses specifically on the proactive revenue-generating behaviors of your customer-facing team.
Outgrow becomes part of how your company operates, not another initiative that fades away.
