CEO & Partner
Jan oversees the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that define specific budgets and tactics. From annual marketing budgets to product or service launches, her strategies incorporate the most targeted approaches from printing and mailing to digital and traditional media buys.
Jan founded BroadBased in 1996 and holds a BFA in Graphic Design from Ringling College of Art and Design. Prior to founding BroadBased, she served in creative roles for Mutual Funds Magazine, Florida Trend Magazine and Jacksonville Magazine.
EVP & Partner
Chris plays an instrumental role in the design and execution of digital strategies at BroadBased ensuring clients receive the best possible results from their budget and goals. He is passionate about connecting every lead back to its source to ensure accurate ROI reporting. Chris has been with the agency since 2015 and holds 11 digital marketing certifications, including content marketing, copywriting, search marketing and analytics among others.
Chris is a graduate of Florida State University and holds a BFA in English. Prior to joining BroadBased, Chris served in sales executive roles for DiscoverTec, Time Warner and Alltel.
Joy Watson Jarrell
Agency Project Manager
Joy has over two decades of experience as a member of the BroadBased team and provides a variety of integral functions. She works directly with clients to execute projects end-to-end from estimating to overseeing timelines, proofreading, printing/mailing and procurement. She has a long record of success executing complex, multi-faceted projects on time and on budget.
Joy joined BroadBased 2000 and proudly offers over 20 years of project management expertise. She is a graduate of Florida State College of Jacksonville.
Alexandra oversees the successful execution of integrated marketing plans as well as individual projects and initiatives. She has a record of success in launching website and social media projects and leads the execution of media buying and ROI reporting for many digital advertising platforms.
Alexandra joined BroadBased in 2016 and holds a BA in History and a BS in Communication with a concentration in Advertising from the University of North Florida. She also studied advertising design at Savannah College of Art and Design.
Caitlin is the creative lead at BroadBased delivering vibrant and impactful design solutions that enhance client brands. She capably leads projects ranging from brand development to print design, website design, motion graphics, onsite video production and more.
Caitlin became part of the BroadBased team in 2017 and holds a Graphic Design degree from Florida State College of Jacksonville. She has served in professional creative roles since 2006.
Rick has been an integral part of the BroadBased team since 2005, bringing more than 40 years of writing experience. He creates content ranging from marketing communications and ad copy to strategic messaging for client business initiatives.
Often found in the company of Minerva, his toy mouse, Snowball is a purrfectly sweet kitty and has surprised many guests who couldn’t keep their paws off him.
