La Fontana at World Golf Village in St. Augustine joined the BroadBased family of clients in September, tasking us with brand management and lead generation for the new condominium property.

“Instead of using multiple partners, which was a challenge to coordinate, we consolidated all marketing activities under BroadBased. In the two months we’ve worked with them they’ve already executed new strategies that generate traffic,” said Michael Bone, marketing director for the Condo Group Florida.

The new strategies for La Fontana include a mix of traditional tactics combined with a liberal dose of targeted online advertising and lead nurturing, which contributed to a 75% increase in website traffic in the first month of rollout.
